Siracusa was once ther most powerful city in the western world, Ia was founded in 733 BC and has some of the most archeological artifacts. The Greek influence represents only one part of Siracusa's magnificent history, the  area is alive with cultural and entertainment, rich in motology and enchantment, seafood restaurants are  plentiful and offer delicious arrays of local cuisine.
NOTO  is  easy to visit  the  Baroque town is a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE. Noto 's  cathedral rises impressively above corso Vittorio Emanuele and is approached by a wide and graceful flight of stepns,  The dome collapsed in 1996 , but now is back in place, and the whole edifice has been reswtored to an almost Disneyesque perfections afther years of grime and neglect. afther the devastating earthquake od 1693 , the city was completely rebild ,  with the  noney-coloured stone, with magnificient palaces  and many playfull buttressed balconie
