Everyone involved in the selling, purchasing and performing these shore excursions are trusted by each other to act fairly.

Sometimes we must make last minute change, for example, we might have to change the order of the  excursions, if you find that the change is not acceptable, please refrain from taking the trip for us can not make refunds once you agree to the change. We also defers to make changes in the order of an itinerary, as the operator takes into consideration current event  that might effect the day., and please understand that we make these changes only with your best inter
est in mind.

Trip cancellation insurance is available and is highly recommended ,if the purchaser already carries this type of insurance, he is direct to contact the insurance company to add in the coverage of these trips..

We guarantee that will not disclosure any personal information to any outside party without the customer’s knowledge and consent. The detail of any customer’s  travel reservations are not revealed to any outside party except as necessary to process a customer’s reservations., if  we request certain  personal information, we only use this information to the purpose for which it was supplied. .We guarantee that we use all reasonable measures to safeguard the security and privacy of our customers.
